Delivery Policy
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be depending on the locations. Orders received will be promptly dealt with assurance on secure delivery
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Depending in the situation, you will require providing a signature when your order is delivered. We will advise you of this on special cases. The signature does not need to be of the account holder, just the person accepting the package.
Domestic
Within Colombo City Limits – 03 Working Days
Out stations – 05 Working Days
Return Options -
1. Returns via courier collection
Send a mail via clicking on the Contact Us page with the following details such as the invoice number, product code, quantity, value reason for the return and whether you wish a refund or a replacement. We shall communicate via e-mail and organize for the courier to collect the product - free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty.
Exchange Options
1. Exchange at store
If you wish to exchange the product with same item with different color or size, or with a similarly priced item, that will be treated as a general exchange where there is no cost involved. If you exchange with a product where the price is higher than the old product, you will have to pay the price difference at the store. If the item to be exchanged is received under a special promotion the balance to be paid will be the difference of the new item price and the amount paid for the old item. The web discount will not be applicable for the products in the store during exchange.
2. Exchange by courier
Please contact our Crocodile Lanka (Pvt) Ltd Flagship Store 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., from Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. weekends to assist with exchange. We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original products are received. However, we can reserve the product to ensure you receive the product of your choice.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on undergarments for reasons of hygiene.
